Summerfields, Mollymook

• Summerfields Estate is an 80 Lot Subdivision located a short distance from Mollymook Beach on the South Coast of NSW. The site had previously been utilized as a timber mill, hardware and school before being redeveloped for residential usage. Yatcon Civil commenced onsite with tree clearing through to earthworks, services install and landscaping. Working closely with stakeholders through unforeseen challenges of a redevelopment required Yatcon Civil range of Capabilities to minimise delays to completion, keeping the project on track for release.
