South Kiama Drive, Stage 1

• South Kiama Drive Stage 1 included a 30 lot subdivision.

• It was constructed from a green field site.

• This project incorporating riparian zone works which had bio-filtration basins which treated the water before exiting the site.

• This project also conjoined the RMS road on South Kiama Drive major road widening and overlay of asphalt took place.
