• Sarah Claydon Village is a Residential Aged Care Facility Located in Milton, on the South Coast of NSW.

• Yatcon Civil was engaged for an expansion of the existing carpark, extending the facilities of the village for staff and visitors alike.

• Yatcon's scope included bulk earthworks, drainage, hard stand and landscaping.
