Brooks Terrace, Kanahooka

• ​Brooks Terrace was an 89 lot subdivision. 

• This site was an old cooper smelter which needed major decontamination work, which took 12 months to complete prior to the subdivision works starting.

• This project had major challenges being so close to Lake Illawarra catchment.

• To Yatcon Civil's credit no major incidents were reported and the project took 12 months to complete.
